About

I'm Vishal — and I'm interested in what brings us closer.

Portrait

I came to this work the long way around. Through rooms full of strangers who became collaborators. Through quiet conversations that changed the shape of someone's week. Through stories — mine and other people's — told and re-told until they revealed what they were really about.

Today I work as a coach, a facilitator, and a designer of experiences. The thread running through all of it is the same: connection. To self. To others. To something larger than the day's noise.

I believe the most useful thing I can offer most people is not advice but attention. A steady presence. The right question, asked slowly. A space where the truth can show up without being graded.

What I believe

  • 01

Stories are not decoration. They are how we figure out what's true.

  • 02

People rarely need to be fixed. Most often they need to be heard.

  • 03

Slowness is a craft, not a luxury — and the work I care about needs it.

  • 04

Leadership is mostly the practice of paying better attention.

  • 05

Connection is built in small, repeated moments of being honest in a room.
