I'm Vishal. I help people find the story that moves them.

I've always been the one at the door. Welcoming people, remembering names, making sure strangers leave a room as something more.

My path runs through two worlds. At AIESEC, I led a global leadership program across more than 100 countries. I was the first hire at Impact Hub Berlin, building a home for the city's changemakers. Then came eight years at Bain & Company, most recently as Expert Associate Partner in leadership and transformation, designing summits for up to 1,200 partners.

The other world is the stage and the campfire. I tell stories at The Moth, where I've won StorySLAMs, and I teach storytelling at The School of Life. At festivals, I build spaces where strangers become friends.

Boardrooms taught me rigor. Campfires taught me presence. My work lives where the two meet.

I grew up in India, have lived and worked across four continents, and now live in Berlin with my family. When I'm not working, I'm probably dancing in the kitchen or planning the next adventure.
